Financial Aid and Scholarship Information

Financial Aid

Completing and submitting the FAFSA® form is free and quick, and it gives you access to the largest source of financial aid to pay for college or career school. In addition, many states and colleges use your FAFSA data to determine your eligibility for state and school aid, and some private financial aid providers may use your FAFSA information to determine whether you qualify for their aid (https://studentaid.ed.gov/sa/fafsa).

The 2023-24 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) will open in December 2023

Scholarship Tips

  • Apply to multiple scholarships. This will improve your chances of receiving an award!

  • Complete the full scholarship application. Do not leave anything blank.

  • There are many scholarships out there that are categorized by what a student is going to study. Even if you have just an interest in that field, apply for it.

  • Double check your application. You don't want to lose a scholarship opportunity because you didn't use correct grammer and punctuation.

  • Know the deadlines of all scholarships you are interested in. Scholarship deadlines vary.
